In Q2 2024, the iOS platform saw varied performance among the top Dining and Restaurants apps in the US. Here's a closer look at how each app fared according to data from Sensor Tower.

McDonald's Offers and Delivery experienced a steady trend in downloads, starting the quarter with approximately 6K downloads and peaking at nearly 9K in the second week of April. Weekly active users showed a generally upward trajectory, beginning with around 39K users and reaching approximately 43K by the end of the quarter.

KFC APP (Ecu, Col, Chi, Arg) also displayed a consistent pattern in downloads, with a notable increase to nearly 4K in mid-June. The app's weekly active users saw a gradual increase, starting at around 21K and rising to nearly 25K active users, signaling a strong user retention throughout the quarter.

Burger King® Colombia showed an interesting spike in downloads mid-April with over 12K downloads, but otherwise maintained lower download numbers compared to the other apps. However, data on weekly active users for this app was not available.

Domino’s Pizza® had its highest number of downloads in mid-April, reaching over 1K, but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, finishing with just over 200 downloads in the last week of June. The app's weekly active users peaked at around 1.3K in mid-June before experiencing a dip to 451 by the quarter's end.

Lastly, TheFork - Restaurant bookings maintained a relatively stable download count throughout the quarter, with a slight peak of 561 downloads in the third week of May. The app's weekly active users showed a modest increase from 870 to 938 over the quarter.
